These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit hcloutdoors.com, place an order, create an account, or use our store. By using this website or buying from HCL Outdoors / Homestead Camp Line, you agree to these terms.

HCL Outdoors, also known as Homestead Camp Line, sells outdoor, camping, camp-kitchen, and preparedness products through hcloutdoors.com. Customer support is available by email at hcloutdoors@outlook.com.

2. Product information

We try to describe products, images, specifications, colors, sizes, availability, and prices accurately. Small variations may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing changes, packaging updates, or supplier revisions. We may update product information at any time.

3. Orders and acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment fails, shipping information is incomplete, fraud is suspected, or the order cannot be fulfilled.

4. Pricing, payments, and taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees may apply depending on your location and the available checkout options.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory, customs, or other events outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they meet the return requirements. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Product safety and outdoor use

You are responsible for reading instructions, warnings, manuals, and safety information before using any product. Camping stoves and outdoor cooking products should be used only in appropriate, well-ventilated environments and never in unsafe or prohibited conditions. HCL Outdoors does not sell fuel with camping stoves unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, scrape content at scale, upload malicious code, or use the site in a way that harms the store or other users.
